Jarrah TA40+ Health Gummies

200g   Apple Juice

150g   Room Temp Water

200g   Boiling Water

50g     Lemon Juice

40g     Gelatin Powder (I used Vital Proteins)

5g      Vitamin C Powder

10g     Finely Grated Fresh Ginger

60g     Jarrah Honey


  • Sprinkle your gelatin over the room temp water, in a pot that can be heated. Allow to bloom.
  • Once bloomed add the boiling water, lemon juice, vitamin c powder and fresh ginger. Heat until gelatin is dissolved, no need to boil.
  • Now add your apple juice which will bring down the temperature enough to add your honey. Stir until combined.
  • Pour into a silicon mould and allow to set in the fridge before removing and storing in a glass jar or container.


Please note: You want to use a good gelatin powder to get all the extra health benefits. It is also important to not add the honey when the mixture is to hot, because you want to retain all the goodness.

You can also replace part of the apple Juice for orange juice or liquid iron. So many options.
