Guilt free sweet potato and W.A Jarrah honey brownie. Dairy free, gluten free! Fudgey deliciousness!
- 1 cup sweet potato purée
- 2/3 cup Jarrah honey TA40+
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1.5tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup dark DF chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 185degrees.
- In a large bowl mix, potato purée, honey, oil, butter.
- Fold in flour, cocoa, salt, half the walnuts and chocolate.
- Fill a lined baking tray, sprinkle with remaining walnuts and chocolate, bake for 28min.
